Made-to-Order Merchandise
All apparel and merchandise items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Because of this:

We do not carry ready-to-ship inventory

Production begins only after orders are received

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed
Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment

Shipping timelines begin after production is completed, not at checkout

During high-volume drops or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Free standard shipping on all merchandise orders over $100

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout

All shipping rates are based on carrier pricing and destination

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect due to a production error
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Verified production defects will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
